The product is subject to friction and impact actions which allow for the dehusking of the kemel and removing of the complete germ. Sturdy construction in welded sheet Steel, with components subject to friction in special hardened Steel. Working chamber essentially composed of a perforated sheet Steel screen stator and a rotor. Eight rows of blades, with special cutting profile made of heavy duty antiwear Steel, are fbced to the rotor. The machine is provided with a sound-proofmg intemal cladding. Drive electric motor controlled by electronic inverter for warying the machine speed and product granulometry.
